Info
Creative development of the lipstick line, translating the bi-material design codes of the fragrance bottles into a new typology under the creative direction of the house.
The project focused on material duality as a structural language. Each case was conceived as a composition of contrasting finishes — metal, lacquer, resin or wood — creating a balance between weight, reflection and tactility. The refillable system was integrated into the object from the outset, allowing the outer shell to exist as a permanent piece while the inner mechanism becomes a replaceable core.
Bi-material construction: independent production of each shell to preserve the integrity and precision of the finishes.
Refillable architecture: permanent outer case combined with a high-tolerance replaceable cartridge.
Magnetic closure: calibrated resistance ensuring silent engagement and perfect alignment over time.
Surface continuity: exact junction between materials to maintain a single, seamless reading of the object.
Challenges: translating the visual identity of the fragrance bottles into a smaller-scale mechanism, integrating refillability without altering proportions, and preserving the perception of a monolithic object through complex multi-part construction.
